of a letter from Mr. C. Ingenohl of Rotterdam, who is

on the Statutory List, to a firm in this country, in

Company at Hongkong.

I am to say that the British firm has been

advised that Mr. Ingenohl appears on the Statutory

List and that all commercial intercourse with him

directly or indirectly is prohibited.
